3:00AM — Dodger Stadium Opens to Vehicles/Security Checkpoints Open
5:00AM — Seeded Corrals Open
6:45AM — Gear Check Closes/Security Checkpoint #1 Closes
6:50AM — Handcycle Race Start
6:55AM — Wheelchair Race Start
7:00AM — Seeded Corrals Close
7:10AM — Elite Women Start
7:25AM — Elite Men and Full Field Start


Participants who park their cars or get dropped off at Dodger Stadium will be required to access the Start Line at Dodger Stadium through one of three Security Checkpoints. All participants are subject to search and all bags will be screened by security personnel. All participants must use the clear plastic event-issued Participant Bag for carried gear. The clear plastic event-issued Participant Bag can be picked up at the NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo during packet pick-up and will be the ONLY bag accepted at Gear Check. No exceptions. The Security Checkpoints will open at 3:00AM PDT (Note: Daylight Savings Time – Spring Forward – begins at 2:00AM).

Participants who will use a shuttle to access Dodger Stadium (Santa Monica, Union Station, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills) will be required to go through a security checkpoint prior to boarding their shuttle. The clear plastic event-issued Participant Bag will be the ONLY bag allowed aboard the shuttles. No exceptions.

Gear Check is located in Lot K at Dodger Stadium. All gear checked at the Start Line will be transported to the Finish Line for pick up post-race. Participants must use the clear plastic event-issued Participant Bag to check gear. Non-transparent bags, back packs, or luggage will NOT be accepted. Do not check anything valuable or fragile in your bag as the ASICS LA Marathon is not liable for any loss or damage. Gear Check closes promptly at 6:45AM.


Seeded Corrals A, B, C, D, and E will open at 5:00AM. Each corral will have its own entrance and runners that have qualified for a Seeded Corral must show their bib to security personnel to gain entrance. The Seeded Corrals will close promptly at 7:00AM. Runners should plan accordingly and must be in their appropriate corral by 7:00 am or they will not be permitted entry into their seeded corral.


Restrooms are located in the northwest corner of Parking Lot 6 near Security Checkpoint #2, on the east side of Parking Lot 6 near the Shuttle Bus Drop-Off, in Parking Lot K adjacent to Gear Check, and inside Dodger Stadium on the Field Level concourse.


Charity runners looking to access the Charity Suites should walk toward the east end of Dodger Stadium (past the Right Field Pavilion) and use the stairs to head up to the Club Level entrance. Charity runners will need to walk up three sets of stairs to make it to the Club Level. Only Charity Runners with Charity Suite designation on their bib will be allowed inside the Club Level at Dodger Stadium.


Runners will have access to several food and water options at Dodger Stadium prior to the race. Arrowhead Brand 100% Mountain Spring Water, CLIF SHOT BLOKS, and bagels will be available just north of the Right Field Pavilion in Parking Lot G.


Get pumped and ready for the race at the NutriBullet Entertainment Stage in Parking Lot G to the north of the 1st Baseline Field Level Entrance. The festivities will include a live DJ, the NutriBullet dancers, and plenty of other exciting goodies!

Mortgage Rates creep down by 4%


Maybe the days of Rock Bottom Mortgage Interest rates are not numbered after all.

Once again, rates are creeping down towards 4%.

Mortgage rates started the year at 4.53%, and have sunk each week in 2014, falling a total of 0.3 percentage point.

Borrowers with a 4.23% mortgage would pay $982 a month on a $200,000 balance, compared with $1,017 on a 4.53% loan.
